Do any of the packages include bookkeeping?
No, bookkeeping is an additional service. Due to the nature of bookkeeping it isn’t possible for us to quote for this online, please contact us to arrange a free, no obligation, meeting so that we can discuss your requirements.
However, our Premium and Specialist packages come with access to Xero online bookkeeping which you can use, or this can be added to our essential packages. We also utilise additional cloud based technology which would allow you to scan a receipt or invoice using your phone and the document would be converted ready for processing into the accounting package. No need to give us a stack of invoices. Simplicity at its best.
Do I have to use Xero?
No, all packages come with access to Xero but its entirely up to you whether you use it or not – although we do encourage all of our clients to use it!
Can I add additional services later?
Yes, please get in touch to add additional services to your package. There may even be an alternative package that includes the services you require at a lower cost.
Can I upgrade to a different package?
Yes, please get in touch to upgrade.
How are the monthly payments taken?
Monthly payments are taken by Direct Debit, we use a Company called GoCardless to collect these each month.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No, our experience has shown that the majority of clients prefer to pay monthly to improve their cash flow. We do recognise that a small percentage of clients still like to pay on presentation of an invoice, please get in touch if you would prefer this.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, although we hope that you don’t! If you have any concerns please get in touch with us first.
If we have already completed any of the requested services there may be some additional fees due – these fees will be clearly set out in our engagement letter.
